Plastic is our preferred material for producing valve cover systems and it provides a great deal of freedom to create unique shapes. As a result, VICTOR REINZ is able to produce lightweight, highly effective oil separation systems that are specially adapted to the specific engine and environmental conditions and can be integrated directly into the valve cover system. These products minimize the entry of soot into the exhaust gas (known as blow-by) and reduce the engine’s oil consumption.
